Google Testing ‘Shuffle’ Button for AI-Generated Search Answers
Google is testing a new “Shuffle” button on some of its AI-generated search results. The feature helps users reset or alter the response of the AI by merely tapping the button.
If the first AI response does not meet your approval, tapping “Shuffle” creates a new version and presents different suggestions or content. It might be particularly useful for search terms such as “things to do” when users may wish to consider other sets of ideas.
The feature was spotted initially by Vijay Chauhan, who posted videos of it in action on X (formerly Twitter), including a GIF demonstration.
